JAMES BENEDICT
President
James Benedict serves as President of WCI, overseeing the strategic integration and expansion of the WorldClinic and JobSiteCare platforms. In this role, he leads growth initiatives, operational alignment, and long-term positioning as the organization enters its next phase of scale and market impact.
Mr. Benedict brings a distinguished career spanning private equity, venture capital, family office and strategic advisory work, helping launch, operate and guide companies through pivotal growth and exit phases. A partner at Kidd & Company since 2005, he specializes in building category-defining businesses through rigorous research and hands-on execution. His background also includes senior leadership at Spencer Trask Ventures, and he co-founded the BeDoWin Institute and Left Tackle Capital, accelerators supporting high-potential venture capital fund managers. James has been a founding advisory board member of two mission-drive women’s health initiatives – Maverick Collective (co-founded by Her Royal Highness Crown Princess of Norway Mette-Marit and Melinda Gates, co-chair of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation) and Curing Women’s Cancer.
His board experience uniquely positions him to lead WCI’s dual-market strategy.
