Dr. Brad Cottrell

Dr. Brad Cottrell is an emergency medicine physician providing comprehensive emergency and urgent care to patients of all ages. In addition, he brings occupational medicine medical directorship experience, overseeing workplace health, safety, and injury management programs.

Board-certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine since 2012, Dr. Cottrell has extensive experience in emergency and urgent care settings. He has served as Occupational Medicine Medical Director for GE Appliance Park, where he partnered with plant leadership on injury case management and employee health initiatives, including pre-hire evaluations and acute workplace injuries. He earned his M.D., M.S., and B.A. from the University of Louisville and maintains ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications, along with OSHA-30 and CLIA credentials.

Dr. Cottrell’s dual expertise in emergency medicine and occupational health aligns strongly with organizations focused on delivering high-quality, efficient care across diverse populations. His leadership in workplace health programs, commitment to safety, and experience supervising advanced practice providers support integrated, team-based care models designed to improve outcomes and operational effectiveness.
