Bill is the founder of Generativity LLC. He is a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of experience in leadership development. His research has contributed to innovations in executive assessment, including the Bates ExPI, the first research-based model and assessment of executive presence. Bill has held leadership roles in global consultancies (RHR International & Right Management) and in corporations such as Scientific Atlanta/Cisco and IBM. He has consulted to individuals and organizations in the Americas, Western Europe, Asia, and Africa. He’s an expert on the role of adaptive development in leadership and organizational sustainability and has spoken on these topics internationally.
