WCI today announced the appointment of L. Jasmine Kim as Chief Commercial Officer. In this role, Ms. Kim will lead marketing, sales, product, and business development across both WorldClinic and JobSiteCare, supporting WCI’s continued expansion of physician-led healthcare platforms.

This appointment strengthens WCI’s executive leadership team as the company scales its healthcare technology solutions for globally mobile individuals, enterprise clients, and labor-based workforces.

Commercial Leadership to Scale Physician Led Healthcare

Ms. Kim brings more than 25 years of executive experience driving commercial growth in healthcare technology, digital health platforms, and connected care solutions. She joins WCI at a critical stage of growth as demand accelerates for immediate access to physician led care with measurable outcomes.

Most recently, Ms. Kim served as Head of Go-To-Market and Marketing and Head of Care@Home at Samsung Digital Health. In this role, she designed and executed global commercialization strategies for Samsung’s connected care ecosystem. Her leadership established strategic partnerships, launched new market entry strategies, and positioned connected devices, applications, and services as a unified healthcare platform across wellness, chronic care, and acute care.

Previously, Ms. Kim served as Chief Marketing and Brand Officer at Sutter Health, supporting  significant growth across urgent care and primary care services. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at Walmart eCommerce and Johnson and Johnson, building expertise across consumer, enterprise, and regulated healthcare markets.

Executive Perspectives on WCI Growth Strategy

“Jasmine Kim’s appointment as Chief Commercial Officer is transformational for WCI,” said Dan Carlin, MD, CEO and Founder of WCI. “Her proven ability to scale healthcare platforms across diverse market segments, combined with her deep experience in patient centered marketing and provider engagement, makes her the ideal leader to accelerate growth across WorldClinic and JobSiteCare.”

James Benedict, President of WCI, added, “Jasmine brings the strategic commercial leadership we need at this pivotal moment. Her track record of building and scaling healthcare technology businesses demonstrates her ability to translate innovation into sustained commercial success.”

Ms. Kim shared, “WorldClinic and JobSiteCare represent a unique opportunity to redefine what physician led healthcare can achieve across the population spectrum. Both platforms are built on core principles such as immediate access, physician led care, and measurable outcomes, while serving distinct markets with equally critical needs. My focus will be on building the commercial infrastructure and market positioning required to fully scale both platforms.”
