Chief Operating Officer 

Alexa Carlin serves as WorldClinic’s Chief Operating Officer, where she focuses on cultivating a workplace grounded in integrity and transparency. In this role, she oversees operational & administrative teams and supports organizational alignment as the company continues to grow.

Alexa began her career in 2013 at Marsh USA in New York City, working in the Private Client Services division to design risk management programs for high-net-worth individuals and families. She earned her B.S.B.A. in Entrepreneurship from Elon University and has held multiple roles at WorldClinic over the years giving her a unique, long-term connection to the business.

Alexa rejoined WorldClinic in 2016 as Director of Business Operations and has since worked closely with founder Dr. Daniel Carlin, contributing to the company’s strategic growth. Her deep familiarity with the organization’s entrepreneurial roots and mission shapes her commitment to supporting its people and driving its continued success.
