Frequently Asked Questions

How are these kits restocked?

Restocking of over-the-counter and prescription medications is included as part of membership. When prescription medications are prescribed by a WorldClinic physician, our care team will proactively track usage and send the necessary resupply. For over-the-counter medications, members can use those at their discretion. Our care team will provide regular check-ins to see if members need anything restocked. Alternatively, members can also contact the care team to request a resupply.

I have multiple members under my WorldClinic membership; will each member receive their own kit?

Yes. Each member will receive their own personal Prescription Medical Kit that will be customized specifically to their health needs.

Do you offer kits specifically for children and infants?

Yes. Should you have any children or infants under your membership, they will also receive a kit that contains a careful selection of age-appropriate medications and health supplies.

Do you offer kits specifically for elderly patients?

Yes. We do tailor kits specially for elderly patients, taking into account their personal medical history, any chronic medications they may require, and their overall health needs.

What happens if I have an allergy to certain medications?

All kits are customized to take into account a member’s medication allergies.

What if I have multiple residences? Could I order an additional kit?

Yes, we do offer additional kits; however, these would be at an additional charge.

What happens if I am traveling remotely for a prolonged period of time?

For members who are traveling for extended periods or remotely, for example, on a ship, we do provide medical lockers, as they are more robust and contain more first aid supplies and an increased stock of prescriptions.
