How do concierge medical memberships work at WorldClinic?

At WorldClinic, we offer round-the-clock global concierge telemedicine services, ready to diagnose and treat you remotely, anytime, anywhere. Whenever you have health concerns or need medical advice, our physicians, who respond within 60 seconds, know you and have your medical history at their fingertips. They will guide you to the right treatment, often utilizing your personal Prescription Medical Kit (PMK). In most cases, this approach, coupled with our physician’s expertise, resolves the issue. We manage your care from start to finish, including any necessary referrals or follow-ups, ensuring you receive dedicated, unbiased care focused solely on your well-being.

Are there any services that require additional fees?

No. Your annual membership fee covers all services with WorldClinic.

Can I add additional individuals to my membership?

Of course! You can add additional memberships at any time for individuals/executives, spouses/partners, extended family members, adult children, and dependent children (newborn up to age 26 if still on parent’s/guardian’s health insurance). These memberships are offered at a reduced annual cost.  

How does enrollment to medical memberships work?

Enrollment is seamless. An enrollment packet is sent to each member to obtain their health history and consent forms. Once this information is returned, WorldClinic immediately prepares your personal Prescription Medical Kit (PMK) and requests your medical records from your current providers. An orientation call with the WorldClinic Care Team is arranged to review your PMK, the WorldClinic app, our 24/7 MD hotline, membership benefits, and any questions that you may have. 

How do WorldClinic memberships protect my privacy?

WorldClinic does not share personal medical information or contact information with any third party under any circumstances without written consent of the member. We are a HIPAA-compliant entity, as are our pharmacies, medical evacuation providers, and USA-based participating physician/hospital partners.
