As Director of Member Experience, Aubrey McCrory leads WorldClinic’s efforts to deliver an exceptional end-to-end experience for every member. She oversees account management, onboarding, process improvement, and all touchpoints that shape how members engage with our team.

Aubrey joined WorldClinic in 2017 and brings a strong interdisciplinary foundation to her work, holding a BA in Sociology and Anthropology with a Minor in Psychology. This combination of human-centric insight and operational precision equips her to navigate the complexities of healthcare service delivery while maintaining the precision needed for effective organizational operations.

Aubrey’s humor, fairness, and empathy guide her interactions, fostering trusted and lasting relationships with members. Her genuine curiosity drives her to understand each person’s perspective and aspirations, allowing her to continuously adapt and enhance WorldClinic’s services.
