Aubrey McCrory joined the WorldClinic team in 2017. She holds a BA in Sociology and Anthropology with a Minor in Psychology, as well as a Certificate in Bookkeeping, providing a well-rounded foundation for understanding the complexities of healthcare services and the importance of precision in operations.  

Aubrey strives to bring humor, fairness, and empathy to every interaction, setting the tone for genuine and lasting relationships with our members.  

With an authentic curiosity, Aubrey strives to delve deeper into the perspectives, desires, and aspirations of each person she encounters, fostering an environment of mutual respect and collaboration. She consistently seeks to adapt our services and processes to align with the diverse needs and expectations of our valued members.  

As the Director of Member Experience, Aubrey is a driving force behind various critical areas, including account management, onboarding, process improvement, as well as our members’ experience with our services. She is committed to providing a sense of urgency and service that goes beyond the ordinary, where care meets innovation, and our members remain at the heart of it all.
