Jennifer Pullen serves as Vice President of Human Capital at WorldClinic, where she leads the organization’s human resources strategy, overseeing talent acquisition, compliance, employee relations, and the development of inclusive, high-performing workplace practices.
With nearly two decades of experience across the private and public sectors, Jennifer began her career in 2005 and has built deep expertise in employment law, workforce strategy, and organizational development. She holds a law degree, an undergraduate degree, and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, enabling her to integrate legal rigor with progressive, people-focused HR leadership.
Jennifer’s holistic, people-centered approach aligns closely with WorldClinic’s mission-driven culture.
