John Conti serves as Chief Financial Officer of WCI, overseeing all finance and accounting functions and acting as a strategic partner to ownership and executive leadership. He is responsible for cash management, banking relationships, budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, tax compliance, insurance programs, and the implementation of disciplined financial controls that support operational performance and long-term growth.
John is a senior financial executive with nearly four decades of experience leading finance organizations within asset-intensive, operationally complex businesses, including construction, aggregates, recycling, infrastructure, services, hospitality, and corporate travel. He has held CFO, controller, and senior analyst roles at companies ranging from $75M to $700M in revenue, with a consistent track record of strengthening liquidity, building scalable financial systems, supporting acquisitions, managing risk, and delivering actionable financial insights to leadership teams.
John’s background aligns closely with organizations that operate in capital-heavy, multi-location environments where financial discipline, operational insight, and strong governance are critical.
