Brigadier General (Ret.) Bailey, M.D’s experience delivering critical medical care in austere, remote environments—where every second counts and resources are limited—mirrors the challenges our members and clients face daily. He brings decades of military medical leadership, having commanded the U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command and Medical Readiness Command – Pacific. Throughout his distinguished career, he led medical teams in complex, high-stakes environments across multiple combat theaters, including Afghanistan, Iraq, and Liberia. As Command Surgeon for U.S. Army Forces Command, he provided strategic medical oversight for the Army’s largest operational command, ensuring readiness and exceptional care delivery under the most demanding conditions.
